Neither view is the full case file. A line that says a motion was filed does not necessarily show the motion's text. An order entry may identify the date without supplying a certified image. Marion County court dockets are best used to track time and sequence, find a case, and identify which document to request from the Circuit Clerk.

A last-name search can still return more than one person. Match the court, setting, and known case facts. Do not assume a same-name result belongs to the person being researched. The dates displayed are near-term choices generated by the screen, not a permanent archive range. A date observed during research should not be copied into a later calendar without checking the live portal. If no date option matches the needed hearing, ask the clerk for the case setting or use the paid case report.
Marion County Docket Information
The public research did not expose a full sample electronic docket entry, so no local code or label should be invented. Alacourt does state which information its paid reports can contain. The table separates those documented fields from assumptions about a specific case.

Call Clerk of Court Denise L. Mixon's Marion County Circuit Clerk's Office at 205-921-7451 if a case is missing, the electronic entry conflicts with a notice, or the appearance requirement is unclear. The office is in the Marion County Courthouse at 132 Military Street South, second floor, Hamilton, Alabama 35570. Its public hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a noon to 1:00 p.m. closure. The official records request instructions explain the clerk's copy channel.
A written record request can identify the requester, documents, certification need, case number, party names, and case type. Mailed requests go to P.O. Box 1595, Hamilton, AL 35570 with a money order and self-addressed stamped envelope. The clerk says requests may take up to 30 days because staffing is limited.

Marion Criminal and Traffic Dockets
Circuit criminal and District criminal settings can appear in Alabama trial court records, but the correct division matters. Circuit criminal handles felony-level cases and related fines or costs. Juror parking is in the Small City Parking Lot behind Mac's Mini Mart at 1st Street SW and 2nd Street SW. Spaces around the courthouse are extremely limited and first come, first served. Jurors receive $10 per day plus $0.05 per mile, and proof for an employer can be obtained from the Clerk's Office.
