Alabama provides public access to many court records, subject to confidentiality laws and court rules. The Marion County Circuit Clerk handles Circuit and District Court files, while the Probate Court keeps marriage affidavits, estates, recorded documents, and probate cases. The Sheriff's Office publishes the county jail roster and warrant-adjacent resources. State trial records may also be available through Alacourt ACCESS, and appellate records use a separate Alabama portal. Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
